UK Studio Growth Lead

Joy in Movement (J.I.M) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK. You will lead a team of Studio Managers, shape expansion strategy to open new studios, and ensure sales, retention, and community targets are hit across the portfolio.

You’ll partner with QFM Group leadership and stakeholders in the UK and Australia, maintaining brand standards while scaling operations. This leadership role rewards entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of exceeding targets
