Facilities FM Supervisor – KPI & SLA Driven Operations

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Technical Supervisor to coordinate FM & Technical Services on site to meet SLA and KPI targets. The role focuses on delivering all FM operations and supporting third-party maintenance, with emphasis on QHSE compliance and emergency readiness.

You will lead site activities, supervise contractors, manage invoices and be part of the on-call team for out-of-hours support, while maintaining professional site image.
