In-Store Online Team Leader – Lead, Coach & Optimize

Morrisons is seeking an Online Team Leader to head our in-store Online teams and drive performance for customers. You will lead a team that delivers friendly service, foster an environment where colleagues are trusted to place customers at the heart of everything we do, and empower ideas for improvement.

You will analyse department data, ensure policies and legal obligations are followed, and oversee orders being picked, dispatched and delivered on time with minimal substitutions.
