Customer Advisor: Drive Service & Bookings

Lookers Limited in Newcastle upon Tyne is hiring Customer Advisors to join the Newcastle Customer Contact Centre. This permanent full-time role (40 hours per week) involves handling calls, emails, live chats, and digital enquiries to drive bookings and service engagement.

You will use Lookers systems and CRM platforms to deliver excellent service, maintain high-quality records, and support sales and aftersales activities. A rota including weekends applies.
