Fraud Operations: Customer Service Advisor (Sunderland)

TSB Fraud Operations in Sunderland is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to support customers over the phone, identify fraud risk, and take the right actions to protect customers and the bank. You’ll work 35 hours per week across 8 weeks of full-time on-site induction, then 2–3 days a week in the office.

You’ll need a friendly telephone manner, strong listening and communication skills, and a proactive, learning mindset.
