Warehouse Safety & Compliance Coordinator

Culina is seeking a Compliance Coordinator for the Minworth site on a full-time permanent basis. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £32,700 depending on experience, with typical hours 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday.

The role focuses on evaluating Health & Safety in the warehouse, maintaining standards, and supporting a safe environment for employees, contractors and visitors. Training records, SMP development, and incident investigations form core duties.
