Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for a fast-growing private equity-backed business in the UK. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and the 5 Year Plan, while transforming the FP&A function and guiding an international team of FP&A professionals.

You will also drive commercial finance initiatives, with strong involvement in M&A activity, and report to the CFO.
