Director of M&E Growth & P&L (Tier 2)

Cotech Building Careers is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial leader to develop a new M&E business stream within a major construction group in central London. You will lead tier 2 contractor relationships and own P&L for the new capability.

Based in London, you will drive work-winning at the front end, manage stakeholders through to final account, and deliver integrated M&E packages while expanding the company’s market reach.
