Senior UAV Systems Engineer — SC-Cleared, Hands-On Lead

MARSS Group is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to lead the development, integration and verification of an advanced Interceptor UAV system. This hands-on role is equivalent to Senior-Principal and is not managerial, with ownership of systems engineering across air vehicle, avionics, GNC, autonomy, sensors and ground systems.

You will manage requirements, architecture, interfaces and verification, working with dedicated engineering teams throughout the lifecycle.
