Job Description
As the first Head of Growth, you will build the company’s entire growth engine from scratch. You will own the web-to-signup funnel, engineer viral loops for a new workspace product, and lead high-tempo experimentation through hundreds of landing page variations. This is a hands‑on, founding role at a well‑funded AI startup.

What You Will Do
- Manage the end‑to‑end web‑to‑signup funnel, optimizing every touchpoint from first visit to user activation.
- Design and implement viral growth loops within a new workspace product to drive organic, self‑serve adoption.
- Execute high‑tempo experimentation by testing hundreds of landing page variations and messaging frameworks to find winning strategies.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of owning growth at a seed or early‑stage startup, specifically within PLG or self‑serve SaaS.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design experiments, measure results, and iterate based on data.
- Sufficiently technical to collaborate with engineering teams on growth features and deeply understand AI agent infrastructure.
