ND&I Transformation Change Lead

VodafoneThree in London is seeking a senior Change & Transformation professional to lead ND&I change adoption across large teams. You will translate strategic objectives into practical, people-centered plans, and work closely with Transformation Leads.

You’ll drive readiness, adoption and reinforcement, measure uptake with KPIs, and embed new ways of working into BAU. Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office and flexible home working.
