Compassionate Care Assistant — Dementia & Nursing

HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team, providing compassionate care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will work under a Registered Nurse to support residents’ daily living and wellbeing with dignity and respect.

You will assist with personal care, meals and activities, safeguarding responsibilities, and help residents maintain their individuality in a warm, supportive environment.
