Support Workers

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.

Your role will include:

• Following daily planners to ensure consistent support
• Assisting with financial expenditure
• Supporting with personal care
• Domestic tasks and household support
• Administration of medication
• A particularly rewarding part of the role is supporting individuals to take part in activities within their local community, promoting confidence, independence and social inclusion.

Shifts:

• Days
• Evenings
• Weekends
• Waking nights
• Drivers preferred but not essential

An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
