Wilderness Way in the United Kingdom is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide care and support in children’s homes, building safe, nurturing environments and guiding daily routines.

You’ll help with education, health and wellbeing, develop life skills, and work with a multidisciplinary team. A Level 3 qualification is encouraged, with funded training and clear opportunities to progress within Wilderness Way.
