Community Mental Health Nurse – Older Adults

NHS Scotland is seeking two Community Mental Health Nurses with Older Adult Mental Health experience to join our Caithness Community Mental Health team based at Town & County Hospital, Wick. You will assess and plan, implement and evaluate care with adults over 65, in partnership with clients, families and carers.

You will monitor medications, liaise with Psychiatry and Social Care, and participate in MDT work.
