Senior Care Lead – Kind, Person‑Centered Team Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver personalised care in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. You will support residents and families, maintain records, and work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide essential stimulation and care.

A positive energy and kindness are essential. Ideal candidates have a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care and are prepared to pursue Level 3; experience in person-centered planning and dementia care
