Senior OT Specialist — Frailty & Front-Door Care Lead

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust invites an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Specialist Occupational Therapy service within the Frailty team. You will work alongside other OT’s and Physiotherapists in a fast-paced, holistic model focused on admission avoidance and safe discharge through our front door pathway.

This fixed-term post supports weekend discharge and staff development, with opportunities to lead on patient care improvements and training.
