Forensic Community OT: Risk‑Focused Rehab & MOHO

HPFT is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Community Forensic Team. The post involves developing OT interventions and assessments to manage risk and offence-related behaviours for service users leaving or at risk of admission to secure inpatient services.

You will work with the Professional lead and Highly Specialist OT to plan, develop and evaluate OT services, applying MOHO and client-centred approaches in prisons, probation, community settings and the service user’s home.
