Orchard Care Homes is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant for Green Lodge Care Home in Billingham, Teeside. You will lead the care team, assess resident needs, develop person-centred plans, and ensure high standards of medical, physical and emotional support.

You will supervise staff, mentor colleagues, and uphold best practices, with a supportive environment that values dignity, independence and teamwork. Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care and minimum 6 months’ experience preferred.
