Job Title: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: London (Fenchurch Street)
Salary: £29,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (No Thresholds)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (8:30am – 5:30pm Mon-Thurs with 4pm Finish on Fridays)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process: from business development to candidate placement
- Build and maintain long‑term client and candidate relationships
- Consult and advise clients on hiring strategies
- Source, screen and place the best talent within your chosen specialist sector
- Work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment, supported by a close-knit team
