Fostering Supervising Social Worker – Hybrid West Yorks

Compass Fostering is seeking a knowledgeable Supervising Social Worker to join our team. Your office base will be Bradford and you will cover a caseload across West Yorkshire, with hybrid working and visits to foster families.

This role requires a SWE registered Social Worker with fostering/child social care experience, and the ability to manage a team of fostering families while providing wrap-around support and professional guidance.
