Lighting Console Support Specialist

ACT ENTERTAINMENT, Acton-based, seeks a Support Technician to deliver training and technical support for MA Lighting consoles and across the Ambersphere portfolio. You will be the first point of contact for designers, programmers and rental companies seeking expert advice, training, and support.

This role covers on-site and remote assistance, product demos, and collaboration with service, sales and marketing to share knowledge and improve customer satisfaction.
