Job Description:
Weightmans is recruiting a Paralegal to join our Local Government Team in Birmingham. You will assist fee earners with social care caseloads, conduct large document reviews, and support handling EL/PL casualty claims for insurers and public sector clients.
The role involves general case management, legal research, drafting witness statements and reports, attending client meetings and court hearings, and helping with instruction of Counsel and experts while meeting deadlines and targets.
