Campus Maintenance Technician: Multi-Trade Builder (36h/wk)

The Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Builder (University) at Reading campus, on a permanent basis. The role offers a 36-hour week, Monday–Friday, with paid overtime, a £30,000–£40,000 salary, a £4,500 call-out bonus and 42 days of holiday.

Typical duties include brickwork, drainage, roofing and general building repairs across live university buildings. The role provides access to trade qualifications and long-term stability.
