Customer Experience Advisor – Hybrid Role

Aberdeen is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Edinburgh to be the first point of contact for advisers and customers through telephony and digital support channels.

You will handle inbound and outbound requests, deliver excellent service, and support digital adoption while contributing to process improvements.
