Facilities Technician – Student Housing (Manchester)

Unite Group’s Unite Students brand is hiring a Facilities Team Member in Manchester South to maintain safe, clean, welcoming living spaces for students. You’ll work with the Facilities Team Leader and residents to resolve maintenance issues, respond to health and safety needs, and support a high-quality living environment.

The role covers general maintenance (joinery, plumbing, electrical), health and safety compliance, and delivering great customer service.
