Position type Permanent Full-Time
Breaks 3 x 20 minutes paid
Pay range £13.82 per hour
Shift pattern 12-hour rotating shifts (days 6am-6pm & nights 6pm-6am) with NO Friday night, Saturday day, Saturday night or Sunday day shift working.
Shift schedule
- Week 1 3 day shifts, followed by 2 days off
- Week 2 3 night shifts, followed by 5 days off
- Week 3 2 day shifts + 2 night shifts, followed by 5 days off, then repeat

Job responsibilities
- Move materials accurately between warehouse, production and packing departments.
- Ensure stock is delivered to the correct location at the right time.
- Complete stock checks, PIMA checks and stock investigations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory control.
- Move finished goods from production lines to dispatch areas.
- Report stock variances, hazards and operational concerns promptly.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
Essential
- Experience using warehouse management, ERP or stock control systems (SAP, Sage, QAD or similar).
- Experience maintaining stock accuracy and stock control processes.
- Experience transacting materials within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Confident using technology and computer-based systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- FLT licence (Counterbalance, Reach, Flexi, PPT or equivalent).
- FMCG manufacturing experience.
- 224 hours holiday entitlement.
