Junior Buyer: Drive Range Strategy & Product Launch

Loaf is seeking a Buyer/Junior Buyer to support the Category Lead in delivering the range strategy and product roadmap. You will help manage end-to-end delivery of products, ensure pricing and margins align with budgets, and work with marketing to launch products effectively.

With 2-5 years in a retail buying environment, you will analyse data to inform commercial decisions, maintain supplier relationships, and keep the product launches on time and within forecasted stock levels.
