Digital Health Records Coordinator

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a methodical Digital Health Records Clerk to join our Digital Health Records team. You will prepare and manage digital health records to ensure clinicians have accurate, up-to-date information for outpatient appointments, supporting safe and high-quality care.

You will be highly organised, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment across digital records and clinic preparation.
