Cluster Retail Manager – Fashion & Home (Charity)

Thames Hospice in Maidenhead is seeking a Retail Cluster Assistant Manager to cover a cluster of stores within the local region. This is charity retail, with fashion and home furnishings selected to compete on the high street, and the role is both commercial and visually focused.

You will drive store standards, deliver excellent customer service and lead teams to create commercially viable, well-presented stores that support our community’s needs.
