Sunrise Breakfast Chef – Fast-Paced Hotel Kitchen

Knoll House in Studland, Dorset, is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to start the day and set up the kitchen for guests’ morning routines. The role is mornings only, 5 days per week, 35 hours, with live-in available.

You will work with the Executive Chef to ensure a well-prepared, substantial breakfast that helps guests begin their adventures. We value strong organisational skills, calmness under pressure and a guest-focused approach.
