Outdoor Education & PE Instructor for SEN Empowerment

Outcomes First Group is seeking an enthusiastic Outdoor Education & PE Instructor for Underley Garden School, Kirkby Lonsdale. You will deliver outdoor education and PE, organising visits, Duke of Edinburgh activities and Forest School sessions to pupils with complex needs.

Role focuses on confidence, resilience and independent learning, with a strong emphasis on safety, inclusivity and collaborative teamwork. Start September 2026, permanent term-time only.
