Pay: £35,000.00 – £37,000.00 per year

We’re on the lookout for confident, passionate CDP’s to bring our eclectic menu to life and elevate our dining service, whether it’s a Gentleman’s Savoury Tea, chargriiled wurst, or a brunch that’s truly “eggcellent”. Right across from Waverley Station, Brewhemia is the twinkle in Edinburgh’s eye.

TRAINING & STANDARDS:

As part of our commitment to excellence, all team members must, complete mandatory training including:

  • Menu and dish specs
  • Follow all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance always. No scruffy days
  • Adhere to the company uniform policy with pride

Rate of Pay:

£31,590 Base Salary + £4,000 – £5,000 Qualified TRONC estimate from the last 12 months. TRONC draw increases at 6 months service, and again at 2 years service.
