Head Chef – Care Home Culinary Lead

Avery Healthcare’s Elstree View Care Home in Borehamwood is recruiting a Head Chef who will lead a culinary team to deliver nutritionally balanced, high‑quality meals for residents within budget.

You will prepare modified diets per IDDSI, manage orders with approved suppliers, supervise kitchen and Host team, and uphold safety standards while supporting resident wellbeing. This role requires at least two years’ leadership in care or hospitality catering and a relevant catering qualification.
