Museum Front-of-House & Visitor Experience Lead

Watford Borough Council is seeking a proactive front-of-house team member for the Museum of Watford. You will be the first point of contact, helping visitors feel welcome, informed and supported while handling enquiries, sales and bookings.

You will contribute to safe, inclusive and well-presented spaces, assist staff and volunteers on busy shifts, and support income generation through retail, venue hire and events.
