Beauty Counter Lead – Skincare & Sales Coach

Boots UK is seeking an enthusiastic No7 Counter Manager to lead sales at a busy skincare counter. You will drive in-store promotions, coach a diverse team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while elevating product knowledge across No7 skincare and beauty lines.

You will report to Store/General Manager and be responsible for meeting sales KPIs, fostering authentic customer relationships and maintaining a vibrant, well-presented counter environment.
