Hybrid Local Democracy Reporter: Hold Councils to Account

Lancs Live, part of the Manchester Evening News, is hiring a Local Democracy Reporter to cover council decisions in Lancaster, Pendle, Ribble Valley, Rossendale and West Lancashire. You will report on meetings, develop sources, and pursue exclusives that inform local communities.

The role is hybrid with regular travel to council meetings; you should be based in or around Lancashire or be prepared to relocate. A strong knowledge of Lancashire matters is essential.
