Strategic CRO Growth Director – UK & Nordics

Ergomed, a leading CRO, is seeking a Business Development Director (Clinical Research) to lead strategic sales efforts in the UK and Nordic regions from our Guildford office. You will develop account strategies, identify opportunities, and guide proposals in collaboration with operations and sponsor meetings.

The role requires extensive CRO sales experience, a robust network among pharma/biotech decision-makers, and strong leadership skills. Travel will be required to meet clients and events.
