Real Chemistry seeks a Director, Medical Strategy to lead medical affairs strategy across Global MedComms. You will shape cutting-edge strategies, ensuring excellence in deliverables and client partnerships in health, marketing, data and tech.

You will guide senior teams, develop insights, and drive AI-enabled initiatives while supporting business growth. Hybrid work with UK offices (London, Manchester, Edinburgh) and Switzerland, 2 days in-office weekly are expected where applicable.
