People Partner — ER, Change & Leadership Coaching

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a proactive People Partner to support the Southern Division on a 12-month maternity cover, combining on-site and remote work from our Bournemouth Office. The role requires ER expertise, stakeholder coaching, and strong employment law knowledge to drive engagement and change.

You will travel across developments in the Southern Division, building trusted relationships and delivering data-driven HR solutions that balance commercial priorities with colleague experience.
