Head of Finance & Strategy – Hybrid

Ty Hafan, based at our Head Office in Sully, Wales, is seeking a qualified accountant to join as Head of Finance in a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working. You will lead the finance function, ensure robust financial controls, statutory compliance and high-quality reporting, while partnering with the Director of Finance and Governance.

You will oversee statutory accounts, external audit, taxation, payroll, pensions, Gift Aid and VAT, and line-manage the Finance and Governance Team.
