Site Manager – Care Home Build (2-Month Contract)

Approach Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Bangor project for a 2-month period. The role requires oversight of day-to-day site operations, management of subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered to programme with strong H&S compliance.

Ideal candidates will have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and an in-date Enhanced DBS, plus proven experience on similar new build construction projects and a solid knowledge of site procedures.
