Seasonal Shop Manager – Christmas Charity Retail

C2 Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Shop Manager to run a seasonal Christmas shop in Chelmsford for the 2026 trading period. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead volunteers, deliver excellent customer service and help maximise income for the charity.

The role requires hands-on management, strong organisational and people skills, and the ability to work with a flexible schedule during a busy seasonal period.
