Senior Nursery Room Leader — Flexible Hours & Career Growth

Hedgehog Recruitment is assisting an independent day nursery in Amersham to recruit a Room Leader and Senior Floor Manager. You will manage a room or two rooms, oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of care and education for children aged 0-5.

Ideal candidates will hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, possess EYFS knowledge, and demonstrate strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
