Civil Protective Orders Solicitor (Remote)

Weightmans seeks a Solicitor to join its nationally recognised police team, handling civil protective orders and advising on operational matters to protect the public. The role is remote-first with hearings primarily in Brighton and occasional travel.

You will manage a high‑volume caseload from preparation through to hearing, working closely with police clients and counsel. Ideally you have police law experience, are a qualified solicitor (NQ–5PQE), and can attend court as required.
