Estates Building Team Lead – Maintenance & Safety

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced building tradesperson to lead the Building Team at Exeter. The role focuses on delivering maintenance across the estate, coordinating PPM, repairs and improvements while minimising disruption to clinical services.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership, drive safety and quality, and ensure priorities are managed effectively. Salary is £32,073–£39,043 per annum with overtime opportunities.
