Contracts Manager – Roofing & Cladding Projects

PPM Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager for industrial roofing and cladding projects across the Midlands. The role is office/site based with regular site visits to deliver projects safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

You will oversee on-site operations, liaise with directors, clients, and contractors, interpret drawings, manage delivery of materials, and ensure compliance with method statements and risk assessments.
