Store Team Leader – Flexible Shifts, 25 hrs/wk

Co-op Digital in Muir of Ord, Scotland, is seeking a Customer Team Leader for a 25-hour-per-week permanent contract with regular overtime. You’ll lead shifts, coach the team, and manage tills and shop-floor operations to deliver excellent service and store performance.

Applicants must be 18+ to authorise age-related sales, and you’ll be a familiar face in the community, promoting Co-op membership and engagement with customers and local charities. Training and benefits included.
