We’re seeking someone who is data and process driven,uses information to make decisions, and can consistently improve resultsthrough strong operational discipline.
This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to stepup to a manager role.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of department performance
- Growing sales and profitability
- Maintaining high standards of quality, food safety,and presentation
- Leading,coaching, and developing the butchery team
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
- Experience with SAP and Fresh Buy.
- Experience managing people and performance
- An ability to work with numbers, budgets, and KPIs
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Highstandards and attention to detail
Previous butchery or supermarket experience is preferred,but leadership and a results-driven attitude are what matter most.
