Guest Experience Specialist – Brewery Visitor Centre

Hook Norton Brewery Visitor Centre in Banbury is seeking a Hospitality Associate for a full-time, on-site role. You will welcome guests, answer questions about the brewery and facilities, take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain high presentation standards.

You will support check-ins for tours or events, manage basic point-of-sale transactions, and handle visitor feedback professionally while collaborating with colleagues and adhering to health and safety procedures.
